Participation & conduct
Players must follow the confirmed season rules, respect referees and other players, and participate safely. Abusive conduct, discrimination, and dangerous play are not acceptable. Administrators may review eligibility and disciplinary matters.
Season registration
Registration applies only to the selected season. Team preferences are considered but not guaranteed. Players must provide accurate information. Youth registrations require an authorized parent or guardian and an eligible age division.
Risk acknowledgment
Soccer involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Participants should consider their fitness to play and follow safety instructions. The league's final liability waiver and guardian acknowledgment must be prepared and reviewed before live registration. This draft does not claim to remove legal rights or all league responsibility.
Refund policy
The proposed policy is no refunds for voluntary withdrawal after registration. Treatment of canceled seasons, duplicate payments, unavailable places, and other exceptions must be defined in the final approved policy before payment is collected.
Privacy & communications
Player contact details and Fiji hometown information are used by authorized administrators for league operations. They are not displayed in the public directory. Business owners choose the public contact details on their listings. Community contact details are optional and require permission to publish. Season communications consent is recorded separately from any future SMS subscription.
Business views & community votes
A signed first-party browser cookie helps count a business view at most once per browser per day. Signed-in visits use a protected account identifier. Only aggregate view counts are public. A verified account may cast one upvote or downvote per public business and change its choice. Individual voting records are private to league administrators. Owners cannot vote on their own listings. Community votes are opinions, not league endorsement. Details updated dates reflect content edits; activity dates can reflect views or votes.
Business listings
New listings subscribe at $99 USD per year with automatic renewal until canceled. Owners agree before checkout and can manage billing, download invoices, update cards or cancel future renewals through Stripe. Cancellation preserves the time already paid for. Existing one-time purchases are not converted automatically; owners can opt in, with the first renewal anchored to the end of their paid term. Verified payment allows immediate publication; administrators may pause abusive listings. Hiding a listing does not stop billing. Payment does not guarantee enquiries. Refund and prohibited-content terms still require final review before live sales.
